It is no good coming here if you are looking for a gourmet food experience, as some reviews seem to expect . If you want a hot drink, a snack or cake, then it fits the bill perfectly. Not over expensive and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a pity that the outside seating doesn't provide a better view of the trains, although you can take your food up to the picnic area, but please make sure you bring you crockery and rubbish back down when you have finished.

Quick cheep rubish and nothing better. Drink a tea or a coffee, but nothing else is worth touching
Quirky environment but not great menu choice. Very rubbery scrambled eggs. Found some egg shells in it as well. Sausage roll was alright. Alright for budget eating.
Nice cup of tea. Indoor and outdoor seating, with a canopy on the platform eating area. Dogs are welcome but outside only.
