A very warm welcome. Spacious en suite double room, with sea view. The pressure on the shower was a little disappointing, but facilities were clean and very comfortable. A good selection for breakfast menu, promptly served. Cooked breakfast was perfect size, tea, coffee and fresh juice plentiful. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would return.

Lovely B&B.... Excellent room, wonderful food and John and Martine made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay there again.

A typical seaside B&B that is run enthusiastically by it's owners. A warm welcome is assured but the rooms are only average for comfort and quality. The breakfast menu is basic but what is provided is of good quality.

Myself and my family stayed for the first time at the Sandhaven for 4 nights in august having a 15 day old baby and a 2 year old I was extremely apprehensive on how we would be accommodated.I can honestly say it is one of the nicest friendliest bed and breakfasts I have ever stayed at !Martine and john could not do enough for us from checking us in early and letting us park (space dependent) before our check in time, to bringing me a coffee while I was feeding my new born in the comfort of there guest sitting room. They meet us with a smile and offed to take our bags to our room, we stayed in room one witch had bunkbeds and a king size bed ,tv, a large wardrobe and its own private bathroom with a bath (and shower) and plenty of towels ! the room was bright and airy and always immaculately clean, perfect for our needs with tea and coffee making facilities and always biscuits. The cooked Breakfast was always hot, quickly delivered and delicious with proper sausages and even a hash brown. There was a fantastic selection of cereals/juice/fruit and yoghurt and the coffee was served in a cafeteria( deaf was also available). The breakfast room was also immaculately clean and well laid out with plenty of room. The real bonus for us was the huge guest lounge with comfortable sofas a dining table, TV and a range of lights so you did not have to sit with the main light on in the evening. We took full advantage when the toddler went to bed (we have a baby monitor with a camera and were on the first floor) having fish and chips and watching a film one evening with a bottle of wine john even offered to get us some glasses. It was such a comfortable and homely room.I just wish we could have stayed longer

A massive thank you for such a lovely stay, friendly atmosphere and lovely owners. Rooms are nice and location is great. cant wait to return next year, thanks again for everything!
